the much needed All Aboard Florida project

Those of us who are directly affected by the much needed All Aboard Florida project urge you to support inter-city rail as a transportation concept whose time has arrived in Florida.

Florida continues to be a highly desirable destination for folks to visit and to reside. And that means that transportation issues must be addressed NOW. As the state grows, transportation infrastructure must also grow.

The very worthwhile All Aboard Florida will eliminate large numbers of cars and buses from our crowded highway system and help ease pollution problems. Their trains will be quick, clean and quiet - just what we want to have for good neighbors.

AAF will allow travelers to reach their destinations in south and central Florida on an already existing transportation corridor that is vastly under-utilized.

We are delighted that private enterprise is paying for the project, NOT crucial tax dollars, and that All Aboard Florida will be paying taxes not spending them.

Imagine, a single gallon of fuel will carry one passenger from south Florida to Orlando! What a savings to our energy supply this will be.

It's the right time to put the common good of the people first.

Mark us as being in favor of transportation for the people.
